Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Leasing Associate for MAF Properties in the Central Region. This role handles administrative tasks for the Leasing department and coordinates with tenants to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliant lease management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, 2–3 years in malls/retail/real estate, and strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and stakeholder management are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in malls, retail, or real estate.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to the Leasing team, including deal processing and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal departments and tenants to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up on pending tasks and tenant requirements to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and amendments.
• Prepare lease status and administrative reports to support decisions.
• Resolve lease- and tenant-related issues efficiently.
