Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and create new pastry and dessert menus
• Oversee the preparation, baking, and presentation of all pastries and desserts
• Train and mentor junior pastry chefs on techniques, recipes, and plating methods
• Monitor inventory levels of pastry ingredients and supplies
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create cohesive menus that complement each other
