Job summary

Systems Arabia is seeking a Senior Lead Business Analyst – Asset Management to independently lead complex business analysis across Business, Operations, Data, and Technology. You will translate business needs into clear, implementable solutions within asset/investment management domains.

The role requires deep expertise in portfolio management, investment operations, and data governance, with strong stakeholder collaboration and a track record of delivering end-to-end improvements.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in Business Analysis with Asset / Investment Management focus.
• Strong understanding of Portfolio Management, Portfolio Accounting, Investment Operations, and related lifecycle.
• Experience with Mutual Funds and/or Discretionary Portfolio Management preferred.
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, management, traceability, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for Asset / Investment Management initiatives.
• Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements.
• Analyze processes, data, systems, and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Define business rules, validations, and acceptance criteria.
• Gather and analyze data requirements, including data mapping and integration needs.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordinate across business and technology teams.
• Support UAT and solution sign-off with business validation.
• Work with architects, developers, vendors, and delivery teams to implement solutions.
• Provide domain expertise across portfolio management, investment operations, valuation/NAV, and reconciliation.
