Job summary

VGA Holdings in Manama, Bahrain seeks a Business Analyst to support the development and continuous improvement of a digital learning and education operating system. You will work closely with stakeholders, designers, developers, and QA teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear user stories, processes, and functional requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 4–5 years as Business Analyst or similar.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with business process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Strong communication and understanding of agile/scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Map end-to-end business processes across the platform.
• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Development and QA teams.
• Support UAT and review features against requirements.
• Prepare clear functional documentation.
• Act as bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.
