Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen utility operations and staff (dish room, night cleaning, back dock clean).
• Oversee banquet plating and food running workflows.
• Supervise non-cooking staff (dishwashers, kitchen helpers, etc.).
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Uphold safety policies, protect assets, and maintain cleanliness and order.
