Job summary

Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is seeking a friendly Kids Club Attendant to welcome and supervise our youngest guests, creating a safe, fun and welcoming environment. You will plan age-appropriate games and crafts, supervise activities, communicate with parents professionally and support children's events while adhering to safety, hygiene and child-protection standards.

This role requires flexible shifts, weekend availability, and a collaborative spirit with hotel colleagues to ensure

Qualifications

Experience with children, preferably in a hotel, resort, nursery, school, childcare or recreational environment.
Friendly, patient and caring personality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative, energetic and comfortable engaging with children.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage.
Good English communication skills. Additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Welcome children and families warmly and provide attentive service.
Supervise children and ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times.
Plan and conduct age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, and recreational activities.
Keep the Kids Club clean, organized and safe.
Communicate professionally with parents and respond to their needs.
Follow all hotel safety, hygiene and child protection standards.
Support children's activities and special events at the resort.
Create enjoyable and memorable experiences for our young guests.
