Job summary

Hawar Resort by Mantis is seeking a Kids Club Animator to create and lead fun educational activities for children of various ages. You will ensure their safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment while fostering a positive, lively environment that parents trust and children love.

Plan age‑appropriate activities, supervise at all times, engage with kids and parents, and work with the Kids Club team to maintain a clean, welcoming space and coordinate special events and resort activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; background in education or child development is an advantage.
• Previous experience with children in recreational, hospitality, or educational settings.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, patient, and empathetic with children; able to engage across ages.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute age-appropriate activities including arts, crafts, sports, storytelling, and themed events.
• Engage with children in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner.
• Monitor and supervise children ensure safety and well-being; respond to incidents.
• Create a positive environment that nurtures creativity and social learning.
• Keep parents informed about scheduled activities and care.
• Work with the Kids Club team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized Kids Club area with necessary supplies.
• Encourage participation in resort activities and inform on events.
