Job summary

AccorHotel is seeking a friendly Kids Club Attendant to welcome our young guests and their families. You will supervise activities, ensure safety, and maintain a safe, clean Kids Club environment.

You will plan age-appropriate games and crafts, engage with children, and communicate professionally with parents. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required; First Aid/CPR is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with children, preferably in hotel, resort, nursery, school or childcare setting.
• Friendly, patient and caring personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, energetic and engaging with children.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome children and families warmly and provide attentive service
• Supervise children and ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, and recreational activities
• Keep the Kids Club clean, organized and safe
• Communicate professionally with parents and respond to their needs
• Follow all hotel safety, hygiene and child protection standards
• Support children's activities and special events at the resort
• Create enjoyable and memorable experiences for our young guests
