Junior Restaurant Manager (Al-Malikiyah, Syria)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Restaurant Manager in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a junior manager, you will assist the senior management in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the senior management in hiring and training new staff members
• Overseeing and managing the front of house and back of house operations
• Ensuring high quality customer service is maintained at all times
• Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders when necessary
• Managing schedules for staff members to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Conducting regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Assisting with budget planning and cost control measures

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
