Work corp is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for its Al-Malikiyah location in Bahrain. You will support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and quality food and beverage offerings, while collaborating with kitchen staff for efficiency and hygiene.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a track record of excellent customer service, with relocation to Al-Malikiyah if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Must be willing to relocate to Al-Malikiyah if not already located in the city.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
