Jing Hau is seeking a motivated Junior Restaurant Manager to assist senior management in Al-Malikiyah with daily restaurant operations. The role is full-time with a starting salary of 1,700 USD per month and opportunities for bonuses. Accommodation is not provided.

You will oversee staff, manage schedules, and ensure top-notch customer service while upholding food safety standards. Responsibilities include hiring support, front/back-of-house supervision, inventory management, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Leadership abilities to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication, especially in English; Arabic is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred

Responsabilités

• Assist senior management in hiring and training staff
• Oversee front of house and back of house operations
• Ensure high quality customer service at all times
• Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
• Manage staff schedules for peak hours
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
