Job summary

Kimberly-Clark in Bahrain is seeking an aspiring Electrical Engineer to join our manufacturing team. You will maintain assets, optimize electrical and automation systems, and lead projects to improve plant performance.

Required: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and strong knowledge of PLCs and process control. FMCG experience preferred; Lean/Six Sigma is a plus. We offer a global, quality-driven environment with opportunities to grow and impact product quality.

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and equipment reliability.
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and develop technical personnel while promoting engineering best practices.
