Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation is seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team. You will maintain and improve the quality management system, ensuring products meet specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

You will lead internal audits, CAPA processes, manage non-conforming materials, support supplier quality, and drive continuous improvement across sites. English proficiency (B2) is required, and Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering/Science +2 years experience (or Diploma +5 years)
  • Strong knowledge of QMS, audits, CAPA, and ISO 9001
  • Internal Auditor certification preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • English min. B2

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve QMS (ISO 9001, QMSR, ETQ)
  • Lead internal audits, CAPA/QNC processes, and audit readiness
  • Manage non-conforming materials and quality incidents
  • Support external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Drive supplier quality (SCAR, audits, performance tracking)
  • Conduct Gemba walks and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support training and capability building across quality standards

About You

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining a robust and compliant Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring our products consistently meet specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve QMS (ISO 9001, QMSR, ETQ)
  • Lead internal audits, CAPA/QNC processes, and audit readiness
