Job summary

Kimberly-Clark in Bahrain is seeking an aspiring Electrical Engineer to join our manufacturing team. You will maintain assets, optimize electrical and automation systems, and lead projects to improve plant performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing assets are maintained in a safe and reliable operating condition.
• Optimize electrical, automation, and process control systems to improve plant performance.
• Lead and deliver electrical engineering projects, upgrades, and modifications.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and equipment reliability.
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and develop technical personnel while promoting engineering best practices.
