Job summary

Kimberly-Clark in Bahrain is seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to maintain a robust QMS, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive product quality across our manufacturing site.

You will lead internal audits, CAPA, supplier quality, and continuous improvement efforts, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, high‑quality products to consumers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Science +2 years experience (or Diploma +5 years)
• Strong knowledge of QMS, audits, CAPA, and ISO 9001
• Internal Auditor certification preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage
• Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills
• English min. B2

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve QMS (ISO 9001, QMSR, ETQ)
• Lead internal audits, CAPA/QNC processes, and audit readiness
• Manage non‑conforming materials and quality incidents
• Support external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
• Drive supplier quality (SCAR, audits, performance tracking)
• Conduct Gemba walks and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Support training and capability building across quality standards

About You

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining a robust and compliant Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring our products consistently meet specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
