Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team. You will ensure a robust Quality Management System (QMS) and compliance with regulatory and customer expectations.

The role requires a degree in Engineering/Science (or Diploma with experience), strong knowledge of QMS and ISO 9001, and the ability to lead audits and drive continuous improvement. English proficiency is required and Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Science +2 years experience (or Diploma +5 years).
• Strong knowledge of QMS, audits, CAPA, and ISO 9001.
• Internal Auditor certification preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• English min. B2.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve QMS (ISO 9001, QMSR, ETQ).
• Lead internal audits, CAPA/QNC processes, and audit readiness.
• Manage non-conforming materials and quality incidents.
• Support external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive supplier quality (SCAR, audits, performance tracking).
• Conduct Gemba walks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support training and capability building across quality standards.
