Job summary

Bh In Press is seeking an Assistant IT Manager to support the management and day-to-day operations of the organisation's IT infrastructure, systems, applications, cybersecurity, and technical support functions.

You will work closely with the IT Manager and cross-functional departments to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology services across the organisation, while leading IT initiatives and coordinating with external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT or related field.
• Experience in IT support, systems administration, networks, or IT operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, M365, AD, VPN and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT Manager in planning IT strategy and projects.
• Oversee IT infrastructure operations and support activities.
• Monitor system and network performance to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for deployments and upgrades.
• Maintain IT documentation and support SLAs/KPIs.
