Job summary

V2X, a global security and mission-support company, is seeking a Firefighter to join our operations in Bahrain. The role involves protecting life and property and participating in firefighting/rescue operations.

Responsibilities include providing fire protection dispatch response, performing structural, crash, confined space rescue, operating equipment, and maintaining apparatus. Must hold Firefighter I & II, CPR, Hazmat, NREMT-Basic, ARFF, and related certifications, with 3–5 years of

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Firefighter I & II, Airport Firefighter, CPR AHA/Red Cross, Hazmat Awareness, Hazmat Operation, NREMT-Basic, Tender Driver Operator, ARFF Operator and Confine Space Rescue.
Public Safety Tele-communicator I & II Certification.
All firefighter certifications must be current on DOD/IFSAC/Pro-Board sites or reciprocable to DOD.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a NACI security clearance.

Responsibilities

Provide fire protection services to ensure prompt response to dispatch calls and minimize loss of life and property.
Perform structural, crash, confined space rescue procedures and participate in fire training programs.
Proficiently operate fire apparatus and related equipment.
Clean, wash, test apparatus, hang hoses and polish vehicles.
Submit Fire Protection Response reports per NFIRS timelines.
Work on Bahraini and U.S. holidays.
Medical certification to perform job required.
Other tasks as directed by Supervisor.
