Job summary

Firex Bahrain in Manama, Bahrain, is seeking a Design and Estimation Engineer for a full-time, on-site role. You will design and estimate Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems and coordinate with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, has knowledge of NFPA standards, and experience with AutoCAD (Revit a plus). Immediate joining preferred. Salary range: BD300–BD400 per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in fire protection design and estimation.
• Good knowledge of NFPA standards and fire protection system design.
• Experience with hydraulic calculation software; AutoCAD required; Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design and estimation for Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems.
• Design and estimate Special Hazard Systems, including FM-200 and other fire suppression systems.
• Perform hydraulic calculations for fire fighting systems.
• Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, technical submittals, and cost estimates.
• Develop shop drawings and ensure compliance with local authority and international standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the design and estimation process.
