talabat is seeking ambitious fresh graduates and final-year students to join our 2-month structured Internship Program in Bahrain. This program provides hands-on experience inside a fast-paced global organization through real projects, active mentorship, and cross-functional exposure across our regional ecosystem.

Available tracks include People Operations, Marketing, tMart / Q-Commerce, Sales, IT & Infrastructure, and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student with a Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to your chosen functional track.
• 0-1 year of professional experience.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of tasks.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for ambitious fresh graduates and final-year students to join our 2-month structured Internship Program in Bahrain! This program is designed to give you hands-on experience inside a fast-paced global organization through real projects, active mentorship, and cross-functional exposure across our regional ecosystem.

Available functional tracks:

• People Operations (Tech/HR) - People Operations bridges high-growth talent acquisition with organizational scale, treating employees as internal customers to optimize both productivity and culture.
• Marketing (Brand, CEM & Campaigns) - full-funnel acquisition, customer retention, and brand resonance by bridging creative brand activations with rigorous campaign analytics. The team creates targeted promotional campaigns, runs localized field activations, and continuously monitors Customer Experience Management (CEM) metrics to reduce churn.
• tMart / Q-Commerce (Commercial) - The Commercial division of the quick-commerce grocery business focuses on gross merchandise value (GMV), product margins, and stock availability across darkstores. They negotiate key vendor terms, manage dynamic pricing, and build localized product assortments tailored to neighborhoods served by micro-fulfillment centers. Their ultimate objective is to maximize basket size and inventory turnover while minimizing write-offs and out-of-stock rates on high-velocity SKUs.
• Sales (Operations & Account Management) - drives revenue by acquiring, onboarding, and scaling partnerships with merchants and B2B vendors. The team transitions partners from cold outreach to active onboarding, managing day-to-day account operations to maximize partner sales performance on the platform. By utilizing field sales tracking and structured account-management reviews, Sales protects merchant retention and unlocks upselling opportunities that increase platform revenue.
• IT & Infrastructure (Darkstore Networking) -IT Infrastructure builds and maintains the foundational network stack required to run high-speed micro-fulfillment centers with zero downtime. .
• Logistics (Vendor to Last-Mile Operations) - Logistics governs the physical movement of orders from vendor handover all the way through live dispatch and last-mile delivery. The division optimizes rider fleet allocation, refines dispatch algorithms, and enforces strict operational SLA thresholds to guarantee rapid delivery windows.
