Standard Chartered in Bahrain seeks an Officer Integrated Services to support seamless transacting and servicing experiences for Wealth and Retail Banking clients. The role emphasizes operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and collaborative problem solving across Group and Country units in Manama.

The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to resolve trade-offs, deliver consistent service, and participate in digitisation initiatives while upholding policies and risk

Responsabilités

• Execute transactions strictly per procedures and SLAs while ensuring accuracy.
• Support digitisation and transformation initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of Wealth, Retail, Commercial and Corporate banking products.
• Manage operational functions including printing, dispatch, invoicing, cheque book issuance, and card services.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints across channels to uphold service levels.
• Collaborate across teams and external partners to improve processes and controls.
