About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Insurance Advisory to join an established organization within the insurance industry. The role will involve managing and delivering advisory projects for insurance companies across the region, from initial assessment through implementation.

The projects may cover restructuring, insurance run-off, market entry, establishment of new insurance entities or branches, operational transformation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage advisory projects from planning through successful completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and implementation roadmaps.
• Coordinate with client management, internal teams, regulators, consultants, and external service providers.
• Review client operations, processes, organizational structures, and operating models to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support restructuring, transformation, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Manage insurance run-off projects and coordinate related operational, claims, financial, and regulatory workstreams.
• Support the establishment of new insurance companies, branches, or operations, including licensing and operational readiness.
• Coordinate the development and implementation of policies, procedures, workflows, and operating models.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and outstanding actions.
• Prepare project status reports, management updates, and client presentations.
• Ensure projects remain on track against agreed timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance, consulting, advisory, or project management.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience coordinating complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in insurance restructuring, run-off, transformation, market entry, or establishment of new operations will be an advantage.
