Job summary

Auxo Talent is supporting a leading international financial services organisation in Bahrain seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Technology team. You will lead technology transformation, manage complex programs and engage senior stakeholders across regional markets.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, oversee governance, risk and change management, and ensure projects deliver measurable business value while complying with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology project management.
• 5+ years in financial services (cards/payments/banking).
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery.
• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
• Experience in IT governance, SDLC, change management & compliance.
• Familiar with Jira, Celoxis, ITSM or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication & leadership.

About the Opportunity

You will play a key role in delivering technology initiatives, driving business change and ensuring projects deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology projects, from planning and execution through implementation and successful delivery.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, resources and deliverables using Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
• Drive IT change management, SDLC, release management and project governance.
• Work closely with business leaders, technology teams, vendors and regional stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies and compliance requirements.
• Support digital transformation, process improvement and business change initiatives.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards and updates for senior management.
• Ensure projects meet quality, security and regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 7 years of experience in technology project management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably within cards, payments or banking.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project delivery.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent certification is required.
• Experience in IT governance, SDLC, change management and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Celoxis, ITSM or similar platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets and cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to AI-enabled project management tools and automation is an advantage.
