Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
• Technical education in Hospitality management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the In-Room Dining department in the absence of the Manager.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency of food and beverage service for guest rooms and suites.
• Follow guests' wishes and preferences and coordinate with the kitchen to deliver orders per Four Seasons standards.
• Answer and manage room dining calls, take orders, and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly to inquiries and requests.

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented In-Room Dining Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the In-Room Dining department, ensuring exceptional service standards, and creating memorable guest experiences.

What you will do

• Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for the In Room Dining Department in absence of the Manager.
• To work to ensure the consistency, quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel's guest rooms & suites.
• To follow the wishes and preferences of our guests.
• Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette. Take guest in-room dining orders. Communicate special requests to the kitchen. Coordinate and deliver of orders according to Four Seasons Standards.
• Respond and answer guests' requests and inquiries. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

What you bring

We are looking for an individual who can delight guests by supervising the In-Room Dining experience s through a detail ed and guest-focused perspective. You will receive guest requests and communicate directly with the team to de liver the best personal dining experience possible, taking action on guest needs, both expressed and unspoken. Intuition and articulation will be essential in successfully mastering the role.

2 years' experience of relevant experience in a similar role within 5* luxury Hotel, Technical education in Hospitality management or service methods is preferred.
