Job summary

mployedin seeks an experienced HR leader in Bahrain to oversee all HR functions, recruit and onboard staff, and implement robust policies aligned with local law. You will manage employee relations, payroll coordination, and performance initiatives to support a large-scale organization.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in HR with managerial exposure, familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems, and strong communication skills in a multi-location environment.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in HR-related field.
  • 5–8 years progressive HR experience with 2–3 years in management.
  • Experience in large organizations (500+ employees) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and compliance.
  • Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and relations.
  • Proficient in HRMS/HRIS and payroll systems.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management, MBA (HR), MSW (HR/Personnel Management), Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role, preferably within large organizations managing 500+ employees.
  • Experience in food catering, hospitality, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or other large operational environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, HR policies, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, large-scale recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS, payroll systems, Microsoft Office, and other HR technologies.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • GCC/Bahrain HR experience is an added advantage.
  • Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI are preferred.
  • Experience managing blue-collar and multi-location workforces is highly desirable.
