Job summary

Explore more jobs is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces meet the highest cleanliness and safety standards.

You will inspect rooms, coordinate room assignments and staff rosters, train and coach attendants, enforce safety rules, and respond promptly to guest requests to guarantee guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and guest service standards.
• Ability to lead by example and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management systems is a plus.

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned to the highest standards.

• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment in line with safety standards.

• Monitor inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and guestroom amenities; report shortages or make requisitions as needed.
• Enforce hygiene, health, and safety regulations in all housekeeping operations.
