Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department to ensure that the facility and guestrooms are clean and orderly. Ensure the staff is compliant with local and company policies, as it relates to safety, cleanliness and brand standards. Ensures that projects/department milestones/goals are met and within budget. Organizing workflow and ensuring that associates understand their duties or delegated tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in Housekeeping with 3 years at a management level.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & Powerpoint.
• High Degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities.
