Job summary

M venpick Hotel Bahrain is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to support our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and service for our valued guests. Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Inspect rooms and areas to ensure quality and cleanliness before releasing to Front Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in hotel settings.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to guest service standards.
• Ability to lead by example and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Inspect rooms and public areas before release to Front Office.
• Coordinate room assignments, duty rosters, and staff scheduling.
• Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping staff.

M venpick Hotel Bahrain is seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to support our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and service for our valued guests. Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Inspect rooms and areas to ensure quality and cleanliness before releasing to Front Office. Coordinate room assignments, duty rosters, and staff scheduling. Train, coach, and evaluate room attendants and housekeeping staff. Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment in line with safety standards. Respond promptly to guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Monitor inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and guestroom amenities; report shortages or make requisitions as needed. Enforce hygiene, health, and safety regulations in all housekeeping operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a hotel environment.
