Job summary

Accor is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to inspect and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment. You will ensure safety, perform preventive maintenance, and assist guests with facility-related inquiries in a hospitality setting.

The role requires experience in hotel maintenance, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and a reliable, responsible approach to duties in a guest-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset in the hotel industry, at least a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Technical support and maintenance background is a mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment.
• Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action.
• Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way.
• You perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.
