Job summary

Qualifications

• Some experience in general maintenance or hotel engineering is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and notify guests of repair status.
• Communicate maintenance issues to guests and team members.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment used in guest rooms and common areas.
• Inspect equipment, carry tools, and operate shut-off valves when needed.
• Keep maintenance inventory current and requisition parts as needed.
• Document daily activities and report problems to other shifts.
