Head Pastry Chef

The bakery at our five-star hotel in Manama is seeking a talented and experienced Head Pastry Chef to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually stunning desserts, pastries, and breads. Responsibilities include developing new menu items, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and training junior pastry chefs. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, a culinary degree or equivalent certification, and knowledge of current baking trends. A competitive salary of $1800 per month is offered for this full-time position. Bahraini nationals are preferred.
