Pastry Chef at a Luxury Hotel in Manama, Bahrain


We are hiring a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in Manama, Bahrain. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing various pastries, desserts, and baked goods for our hotel's restaurants and banquets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new pastry and dessert recipes that meet the hotel's standards and customer preferences
- Prepare and present a variety of pastries, cakes, tarts, breads, and other desserts for daily service
- Oversee the production of all baked goods for banquets and special events
- Maintain high levels of food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in the pastry kitchen
- Manage inventory and order ingredients to ensure timely production of pastries
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs to maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Creativity and passion for creating new pastry recipes
- Excellent time management skills
- Degree or certification in culinary arts or relevant field

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position. Additional benefits such as accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance will also be provided.

Location:
This position is based in Manama, the capital city of Bahrain known for its vibrant food scene. The candidate must be willing to relocate if not already residing in Manama.
