Job summary

Gulf Air seeks a Manager Aircraft Structure and Interiors to lead the Structures & Interiors Engineering group, ensuring effective technical support and development for aircraft structures and cabin interiors. The role reports to the Senior Manager Engineering and requires alignment with ANTR Part M.301-303 and related regulations.

The candidate will allocate staff, monitor performance, and liaise with manufacturers to improve in-service performance, while ensuring training and staffing levels

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in aeronautical/mechanical/electrical/electronic aviation maintenance
• Relevant to aircraft continuing airworthiness and maintenance requirements
• Bachelor-level qualification in related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate staff for aircraft structures and cabin interiors
• Ensure compliance with ANTR regulations and company policies
• Engage with manufacturers and industry groups for technical enhancements
• Recruit, train, and appraise staff to meet performance KPIs
