Qualifications

• 5+ years as Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine-dining setting.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients and flavor profiles.
• Ability to design seasonal menus and accommodate dietary restrictions.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Organizational skills for menu costing and ordering.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create unique, innovative menus reflecting the restaurant concept.
• Oversee food preparation and uphold high quality and presentation standards.
• Train and manage kitchen staff with strong guidance and support.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies and maintain cost controls.
• Ensure a clean, compliant kitchen and safe practices at all times.
• Collaborate with restaurant manager on promotions and events.
