The role requires proven leadership, the ability to train and motivate staff, maintain high standards of food safety, and manage costs without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef.
• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine, esp. Mediterranean.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise menus according to seasonal availability, customer preferences, and food cost.
• Source high-quality ingredients and ensure proper inventory management.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that all team members follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Create innovative dishes that showcase your expertise in international cuisine.
• Ensure timely execution of all food orders while maintaining high quality standards.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Continuously strive to improve kitchen operations by implementing cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.
