EliteService Staffing's bustling restaurant in Manama is seeking a Head Chef to oversee all culinary operations and ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. You will lead a creative kitchen team and set the tone for excellence in every service.

Responsibilities include creating menus, training staff, maintaining food quality, managing inventory and costs, and ensuring health and safety standards. Salary is 1,600 USD per month, negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of chef experience in a high-volume setting.
• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a kitchen team.
• Strong knowledge of cuisines, techniques, ingredients and plating.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement menus showcasing the restaurant's unique style.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff including sous chefs and line cooks.
• Monitor and maintain food quality and presentation to exceed expectations.
• Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to minimize waste.
• Oversee cooking, plating and portion control from start to finish.
