EventMakers Entertainment in Manama, Bahrain is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As head of the kitchen, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation and ensure dishes meet the highest quality standards.

You will craft innovative menus, manage inventory and costs, train staff, and collaborate with management to maintain smooth operations and outstanding customer satisfaction. The salary is 1500$ per month.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant.
• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management.

We are in search of an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Manama Bahrain As the head of the kitchen you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and ensuring that our dishes are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and develop creative menus that reflect current food trends and meet customer preferences
• Manage food inventory and control costs to maintain budget targets
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they follow proper cooking techniques and maintain high hygiene standards
• Collaborate with restaurant management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Oversee purchasing of ingredients and equipment ensuring quality standards are met
• Monitor kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of meals
• Develop relationships with local suppliers to source fresh high-quality ingredients

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate and manage a team
• Strong understanding of culinary trends, techniques and ingredients
• Ability to create innovative menu items while also maintaining classic dishes
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Strong communication skills
