Qualifications

• 5+ years of chef experience in a high-volume setting.

As the Head Chef at our bustling restaurant in Manama you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation We are seeking an experienced and creative chef who is passionate about cooking and has a strong leadership presence in the kitchen

Responsibilities

• - Create and implement menus that showcase our restaurants unique style and cater to our diverse clientele
• - Supervise and train kitchen staff including sous chefs line cooks and prep cooks
• - Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain consistency and exceed customer expectations
• - Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure freshness and minimize waste
• - Oversee food preparation process from start to finish including cooking techniques plating and portion control
• - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen at all times
• - Collaborate with management to develop specials or themed menus for special events or holidays

Requirements

• - 5+ years of experience as a chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
• - Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
• - Proven ability to lead a team and manage kitchen operations effectively
• - Strong knowledge of various cuisines cooking methods ingredients flavors and plating techniques
• - Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• - Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of food quality taste presentation and consistency
• - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks while maintaining a positive attitude

Salary
