Job summary

Flyper in Muharraq is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, oversee all food preparation, and drive menu planning for seasonal offerings. The role focuses on maintaining high standards and efficient kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will train and mentor staff, ensure health and safety compliance, manage inventory, and collaborate with management to develop new dishes. Fluent English required; Arabic a plus; accommodation and transport provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Head Chef or similar in a high-volume restaurant.
• Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and motivate a team.

Head Chef

We are in search of a skilled and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at our restaurant located in Muharraq. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive high-quality and delicious meals every time they dine with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other employees
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Collaborate with management to develop new dishes or improve existing ones

Qualifications

Salary

$1600 per month (tax-free) + benefits including accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, annual leave, flight tickets.
