PPOAR in Manama is seeking an experienced Head Baker to oversee all bakery operations, including recipe creation, inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring consistent product quality.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of baking experience with 2 years in a managerial role, strong time management, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to food safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a baker, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
• Ability to create new recipes while also maintaining consistency with existing ones
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
• Must have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one if not currently held
