Job summary

PrimeLedger Associates in Manama is seeking an Entry Level Baker to support a busy bakery. You will assist with measuring ingredients, operating mixers, ovens and proofers, and following recipes to ensure consistent product quality.

The role is contract-based with an urgent start and requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. No prior experience is required, but basic baking knowledge and a strong attention to detail are preferred.

We are in search of a hardworking and dedicated Entry Level Baker to join our team in Manama As an Entry Level Baker you will be responsible for assisting with various baking tasks such as mixing shaping and baking dough This is a contract job with a starting salary of $900 per month

Requirements

• No prior experience required but basic knowledge of baking techniques is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects up to 50lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Flexibility to work early mornings evenings weekends and holidays as needed
