Qualifications

• Experience in supervising housekeeping staff in a hotel environment.
• Ability to maintain high cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Strong guest-service orientation with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Housekeeping Attendants to achieve operational goals.
• Prepare assignments and issue keys and supplies.
• Respond to VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, and Double-Lock requests.
• Attend daily meetings and receive instructions for special tasks.
• Inspect rooms using checklists and report repairs as needed.
• Record found items and hand to Lost & Found.
• Oversee cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and stairwells.
• Train and mentor attendants, monitor performance.
• Assist with inventory and proper handling of equipment.
