Rotana Hotels is seeking passionate housekeeping professionals for its Downtown Rotana Hotel in Manama, Bahrain. The Housekeeping Attendant will perform daily duties per supervisor instructions and uphold hotel policies while delivering high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include room cleaning, stocking supplies, reporting maintenance needs, and ensuring corridors and service areas remain neat and orderly.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of guest service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive work assignment, keys and supplies from supervisor and log accurately.
• Clean rooms and bathrooms following standard procedures.
• Keep fire exits and stairways clear of obstructions.
• Check and report maintenance issues immediately.
• Remove clutter from corridors and service areas.
• Vacuum, dust, wipe furniture, and empty wastebaskets.
• Make beds, clean bathrooms, and polish surfaces.
• Replenish bathroom and room amenities as needed.
• Tidy guest toilets and spot-clean carpets when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, pantries and service areas.
• Coordinate with valet for laundry or pressing services.
