Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma from Hotel Management School preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar field.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests; take orders; upsell when possible.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, ensure accuracy and speed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and stations.
• Operate POS system and process payments.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to hotel policies and SOPs.
