Job summary

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in Manama is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations of the hotel’s dining outlets, bars, room service and banquets. You will drive service quality, guest satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced luxury setting.

The role requires at least 3 years of F&B leadership in a 5-star environment, a hospitality degree, and strong budgeting, staff development and compliance with health and safety standards. Arabic speakers preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant F&B Manager within a 5 star hotel / F&B outlets.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, culinary arts or similar field.
• Proficiency in Micros.
• Arabic language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides the strategic direction for F&B department.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet areas.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and brand standards.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate F&B team.
• Create staff schedules and ensure proper staffing levels during peak hours and events.
• Fostering a positive work environment and leading by example to deliver outstanding guest service.
