Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced User Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead global lifecycle campaigns and collaborate with teams across product and marketing. You will shape onboarding, activation, retention, and repeat purchase strategies with data-driven insights and AB testing.

The role requires senior growth experience in transaction-based sectors, strong analytics, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders in the MENA region in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of growing users from zero to many or from one to thousands with measurable results.
• 5+ years in internet industry with 3+ years in senior growth roles in transaction-based sectors (e-commerce/fintech).
• Experience leading growth projects/campaigns with a systematic framework and methodology.
• Strong understanding of AB testing, funnel analysis, and custom strategies.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms/tools.
• Data-driven thinker able to monitor and improve user operations and identify issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding optimization and personalized campaigns to improve activation and first-time transaction (FTT) conversion rates.
• Build and manage a comprehensive lifecycle system and segmentation.
• Develop membership programs, gamification, and cross-sell strategies to boost retention and repeat purchases.
• Design and optimize referral and viral growth mechanisms for organic growth.
• Lead A/B testing and segmentation to optimize resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign execution and data-driven insights.
• Stay informed about product features and user pain points across Business Units.
