Job summary

BitOasis seeks a Business Development Manager in Bahrain to drive institutional and retail client growth across the GCC. You will identify, prospect, and onboard a diverse client base, including funds, family offices, HNWIs, and corporate partners, while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

You will lead partnerships with banks and regional projects, craft acquisition campaigns, and represent the brand at industry events to expand market reach and user adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven success in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Partnerships.
• At least 1–2 years specifically within cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech.
• Strong network of institutional players, family offices, or HNWI in Bahrain and GCC is a plus.
• Deep understanding of digital assets, spot/margin trading, OTC desks, API integrations, and Web3 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pitch to institutional clients such as hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, and trading firms in Bahrain and GCC.
• Onboard corporate clients seeking crypto treasury solutions, payment gateways, or OTC services.
• Develop relationships with liquidity providers and market makers to enhance exchange depth.
• Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle from outreach to onboarding and contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with marketing to design retail campaigns targeting HNWIs and VIP traders.
• Attend regional blockchain/fintech events to boost brand awareness and user adoption.
• Forge alliances with banks and payment processors in Bahrain for fiat on/off ramps.
• Partner with regional blockchain projects and influencers to drive traffic to the exchange.
• Cross-sell products like staking, yield generation, and API integration to maximize partner value.
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Bahrain Crypto-Asset Module and AML/KYC regulations.
