Job summary

Bank Bahrain National seeks a seasoned Property Manager to oversee maintenance and operations for NBB Group properties, including overseas branches. You will manage space utilization, budgeting, and project delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and asset protection.

Ideal candidates hold a Mechanical Engineering degree, with 5–6 years in banking and at least 3 years in a similar role; a Master’s degree is preferred. This is a full-time on-site position in Bahrain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–6 years of practical banking experience with 3 years in the same or similar function.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the Bank’s properties, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and safety.
• Coordinate office space utilization, project purchases, and facility management to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Develop and implement long-term property plans aligned with growth and efficiency goals.
• Manage property lifecycle from acquisition to disposal and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Improve occupancy rate for group-owned properties.
• Monitor contractor performance and maintain up-to-date asset and maintenance records.
