Job summary

National Bank of Bahrain is seeking an experienced Property & Facilities Manager to oversee the bank's real estate portfolio, including branches and overseas properties. You will ensure compliance, optimize space utilisation, and manage multi-site budgets.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background and 5–6 years in banking, with a track record in lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and project delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Master's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 5-6 years of practical banking experience with at least 3 years in the same or similar function.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the Bank’s properties, ensuring regulatory compliance, standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate office space utilization, project purchases, and facility management to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Develop and implement long-term property and facilities management plans aligned with business growth.
• Manage property lifecycle from acquisition to disposal to meet financial objectives.
• Improve occupancy rate for Group owned properties and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage the property management budget and prepare CAPEX & OPEX forecasts.
