Job summary

Marriott International is seeking a seasoned Multi-Property General Manager to lead Marriott Executive Apartments Manama and Residence Inn by Marriott Manama Juffair in Bahrain. You will provide overall leadership, drive operational excellence, and deliver strong financial performance across two extended-stay properties while balancing two brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• Previous Bahrain market experience preferred.
• GM experience with Marriott International or another global hospitality company preferred.
• Multi-property leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience managing owner relationships and asset performance.
• Proven success leading extended-stay, serviced apartment, lifestyle, or premium hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Stays current with industry trends and develops plans to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Executes business plans and ensures alignment with brand strategies across both properties.
• Leads Revenue Management, Operations, Sales, and Talent Development to improve yield.
• Builds strong owner relations and communicates brand initiatives to owners.
• Champions brand values and delivers exceptional guest service.
• Develops and leads a high-performance Executive Committee.
